| Paul
Johanning currently holds the title, Manager of Delivery
Operations, for Dominion East Ohio, a local distribution company
within the holding of Dominion Resources. Headquartered in Richmond,
VA, Dominion is one of the nations largest producers of
energy, with a portfolio consisting of more than 24,000 megawatts
of generation, 6.4 trillion cubic feet equivalent of natural
gas reserves, 7,900 miles of natural gas transmission pipeline
and more than 960 billion cubic feet of storage capacity. Dominion
also serves five million retail energy customers in nine states.
Pauls
background includes a Bachelors degree from Ohio Northern
University, an MBA from Kent State University and ten years
with the steel industry. Having been with Dominion for over
19 years, Paul has held a variety of management positions
which have allowed him the diversity necessary to advance
within the corporate structure of one of Americas top
energy companies. Paul has experience with plant operations,
construction, field metering service, natural gas distribution
facilities and most recently, software implementation across
the natural gas and electric distribution enterprise. Paul
serves on the boards of several organizations, including the
Tuscarawas County Community Improvement Corporation.
Michael
B. Komara, ChFC, is a founding partner of MackeyKomara,
LLC a private wealth management firm in Auburn Hills,
MI. Prior to his present firm Mike had lengthy service at
Merrill Lynch and AXA Advisors. Mike earned the Chartered
Financial Consultant designation from the American College.
He maintains several security registrations with the National
Association of Security Dealers (NASD). He also earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education at Central Michigan University and a Master of Theology Degree at Dallas Theological Seminary.
Mike is a member of the Financial and Estate Planning Council
of Metropolitan Detroit, The Association for Corporate Growth,
and presently serves on the Board of Kensington Community
Church. He consults in the areas of financial planning, asset
management, executive benefits, philanthropy and wealth transfer.
James
D. Marsh, MD Nolan Professor and Chair, Department
of Internal Medicine, University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.
Dr. Marsh received his AB degree from Harvard College, his
MD from Harvard Medical School and received his clinical training
and research training in Internal Medicine and Cardiology
at the Peter Bent Brigham Hospital and Harvard Medical School.
He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular
Disease. He currently serves on the Editorial Boards of the
Journal of Molecular and Cellular Cardiology, American Journal
of Medicine, and Heart Failure Reviews. Dr. Marsh is a Fellow
of the American College of Cardiology, of the American Heart
Association, and of the American College of Physicians. He
is also a member of the Association of University Cardiologists
and Association of Professors of Medicine. He currently serves
as a member of several boards and has research support from
the NIH and VA. At the University of Arkansas for Medical
Sciences he is the Chief of the Medical Staff. His major research
interests are: regulation of expression and function of calcium
channels; excitation contraction coupling; and clinical trials
for stroke prevention and stroke therapy.
Gene
Pfeiffer is retired from Roadway Express headquarters,
of Akron, Ohio. His involvement as Traffic manager and Director
of Traffic, included all Government accounts and participating
in the Southern Motor Rate Conference of Atlanta, Georgia
and Niagara Frontier Conference of Buffalo, New York. His
experience included negotiation and establishing rates for
Interstate Commerce in the United States, Canada, and overseas
container traffic. An existing part of his tenure was moving
Presidents Truman, Eisenhower, and Johnsons artifacts
from the White House to their Presidential Libraries. Prior
to his employment with Roadway, he served nine years with
the Wheeling and Lake Erie Railroad. Gene attended West Liberty
State College, and Bowling Green State University.
Robert
D. Porter is retired from E. I. DuPont de Nemours &
Company Inc. of Wilmington, Delaware. Robert was Site Manager
of Research and Development Center and Manager of Corporate
Real Estate and Space Planning. Robert led operational activities
for the R&D center with over 1,000 employees including
annual strategic and long range planning, preparation of site
administration operating budget, site capital budget, personnel
planning, site emergency and security protection, site environmental
protection, regulatory compliance, personnel relations, and
community relations. Prior to this, Robert held positions
of Product and Plant Manager of several other locations within
DuPont.
Robert
is a graduate of Oklahoma State University, with a B.S. in
Chemical Engineering and received his MBA from the University
of Delaware.
John
Westerbeck, MD is Founder and President of West Medical,
Inc., in Massillon, Ohio. Dr. Westerbeck is on the staff of
Aultman Hospital in Canton, Ohio, and is certified in the
Bridges to Excellence Diabetes Physician Recognition Program.
He is a member of the American College of Physicians and the
American Medical Association, as well as various local and
state associations. He has been actively involved in healthcare
quality initiatives throughout his career. Dr. Westerbeck
is an honors graduate of Xavier University and Northeastern
Ohio Universities College of Medicine.
