	Eliminated the need for 3rd party warehousing through proper materials management resulting in $135K savings
	Resolved $650K negative inventory
	Established a cycle count process eliminating downtime issues and resulted in a manning reduction saving in excess of $48K
	Completed exit PPAP documentation for 53 weld cell and 42 stamping part #’s
	Improved delivery performance from 99.82% YTD to 99.96% YTD
	Completed physical inventory reporting only a $200K loss against a $1.0M expected loss.
