Project Description: Provide necessary resources and support for multiple positions within materials, quality and operations during a period of excessive OE launches.

Activity Summary:

	Support of major launches with 2 OE customers including responsibilities in quality, materials, daily customer interaction and supplier quality
	Coordinate all 8-D activities related to the customer’s Fast Response Initiative
	Manage the daily operations of the GM business to include operations, materials, engineering and quality
	Manage daily operations of the quality and materials groups for both production facilities
	Manage all supplier quality activities as it relates to current operations and PPAP activity for new product launches
	Provide team problem solving training for all levels of the organization
	Assist in the placement of permanent personnel for critical open positions
