3P Partners is an operational consulting firm grounded in People, Process, and Product. Founded in 2006, we help quality, operations, and supply chain leaders move from reactive problem solving to durable, predictive performance through hands-on consulting, proprietary methodology, and the Broadview - Warranty AI Platform.
Our journey began with 15 years in Corporate America, gaining broad experience across leadership, operations, problem solving, and organizational change. Over time, we built more than 30 years in manufacturing, where we saw a recurring challenge across sectors: too many organizations were forced to react after problems had already affected quality, performance, or customer satisfaction.
That insight shaped 3P Partners. We founded the company to help manufacturers move beyond reactive problem solving toward more predictive and proactive strategies. Our warranty software, Broadview, was created with technology at its core, designed to identify patterns, improve quality, reduce risk, and support better decisions before issues escalate.
Our consulting approach is equally rooted in practicality. We work shoulder-to-shoulder with clients to address complex business challenges with a people-centered perspective, combining industry knowledge, operational insight, and technology-driven solutions.
"Experience matters in solving complex manufacturing challenges. Technology should be practical and drive measurable business value. Quality must remain central. People are essential to lasting improvement."
