Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 7, 2026
3P Lean Quality Consulting, doing business as 3P Partners, a DL Shumar & Associates Company (“3P Partners,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit www.3ppartnersdls.com, submit a website inquiry, schedule a meeting, or otherwise interact with our website.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
We may collect information you choose to provide through our website, including:
- Name
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Company name
- Industry
- Area of interest or inquiry type
- Information entered in the Primary Operational Challenge field
- Scheduling information
- Correspondence and other information you choose to provide
Please do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential client information, trade secrets, health information, financial account information, or other information that is not necessary for us to respond to your inquiry.
Scheduling information
Our website includes an embedded Calendly scheduler. When you use the scheduler, Calendly may collect information such as your name, email address, availability, meeting details, browser or device information, and other information you provide during scheduling.
Calendly processes information according to its own privacy practices and, in some circumstances, on behalf of 3P Partners for scheduling purposes. Please review the Calendly Privacy Notice(opens in a new tab) and Calendly’s available Cookie Settings before submitting information through the scheduler.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the website, certain technical information may be collected automatically by the website and its service providers. Depending on your choices and the technology involved, this may include:
- IP address
- Browser type
- Device type
- Operating system
- Referring page
- Pages viewed
- Approximate visit time
- Approximate location derived from IP address, such as country
- Consent status
- Security and diagnostic information
- Interactions with website features
Optional Google Analytics cookies remain off unless you accept them. Google Advanced Consent Mode may send limited cookieless measurements while analytics storage is denied. These measurements are subject to Google’s consent-aware processing and do not place Google Analytics cookies on your device while analytics storage remains denied.
Hosting and platform measurement
Our website hosting platform, Lovable, records aggregate visitor measurement for the site, such as page views, visits, referring source, device type, and country derived from the request. This measurement is generated at the hosting layer, operates without cookies or browser storage on your device, and runs independently of the website’s Cookie Preferences control. Because it does not read or write information on your device, it is not covered by the optional analytics choice described below.
Contact-form security
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help protect our contact form from spam, automated submissions, fraud, and abuse. Cloudflare may process technical information needed to evaluate whether a submission is legitimate, such as IP address, browser, device, and interaction information.
Review the Cloudflare Privacy Policy(opens in a new tab) for additional information.

4. No Sale or Targeted Advertising
3P Partners does not sell personal information.
3P Partners does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising.
The website’s Google Analytics configuration is not used for Google Ads remarketing, advertising personalization, or targeted advertising. Google Consent Mode settings keep ad_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization denied.
This statement applies to 3P Partners’ own practices. Embedded third-party services, including Calendly, may independently process information under their own privacy notices and cookie controls.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The website uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for website operation, security, consent preferences, optional analytics, and embedded scheduling.
Optional Google Analytics cookies remain off unless you select “Accept analytics.” If you decline analytics, Google Advanced Consent Mode may still send limited cookieless measurements.
You can review or change your Google Analytics choice at any time by selecting Cookie Preferences in the website footer.
The website honors supported Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track browser signals by keeping optional site analytics denied.
The website’s Cookie Preferences control governs the 3P Partners Google Analytics implementation. It does not independently control cookies or storage created inside the cross-origin Calendly scheduler. Calendly provides its own cookie controls.
Please review our Cookie Policy for additional information.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to inquiries, maintaining business records, supporting an ongoing relationship, resolving disputes, protecting the website, and meeting legal obligations.
As a general operational target, website inquiries that do not lead to an ongoing business relationship should be reviewed for deletion within 24 months after the last meaningful interaction.
Information that becomes part of an ongoing client, vendor, recruiting, contractual, financial, legal, or other business record may be retained for a longer period when reasonably necessary.
Third-party providers, including Google, Calendly, Cloudflare, hosting providers, and email providers, may maintain information according to their own retention practices.
7. Information Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, loss, or disclosure.
No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Visitors should use care when deciding what information to submit through the website.
8. Your Choices and Privacy Requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with a website inquiry. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have additional privacy rights. We will review and respond to applicable requests as required by law.
To change your optional Google Analytics choice, select Cookie Preferences in the website footer.
You may also adjust cookie and privacy settings in your browser. Enabling Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track will keep optional site analytics denied where supported by the website.
Calendly preferences must be managed through Calendly’s own Cookie Settings or privacy controls.
9. Children’s Privacy
This website is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website.
If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

11. External Websites and Services
The website may link to or embed services operated by other organizations, including Google, Calendly, Cloudflare, Amazon, and Barnes & Noble.
3P Partners does not control the privacy practices of those third parties. Review their privacy notices before providing information or using their services.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when website practices, services, or legal requirements change.
The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through an additional website notice when appropriate.
